Active Einsteins preschool

This is a Preschool Program available for children ages 3 to 5! Get your child ready for a fun and outgoing learning environment!

Wednesday's & Friday's drop your child off at KIPS from 8-8:30 and pick-up is at noon. There is a "Pay As You Come" option on Monday's as well!

We will learn how to count while jumping on the trampoline and sing our alphabet while swinging on the bars!

To enroll, students must be able to use the bathroom by themselves.

Our Mission

We want to utilize our unique space to help build a child's physical, emotional, intellectual, creative, and social development! We strive to help nurture a love of learning and being active!

Active based learning

Children learn through sensory and movement-based experiences that uniquely integrate physical play with academic learning! This kind of learning promotes development by engaging both the mind and body!

What to Bring:

Students will need a snack packed into a lunchbox AND a water bottle. We are very active and need to stay hydrated.

On the first day of class, please bring a spare change of clothes in a ziplock bag. We will keep this year long in case there are any potty accidents.

What to Expect:

When dropping off and picking up your child(ren) there will be a paper to sign everyday.

Miss Heather & Miss Maddy will have a circuit set up so that once they put their backpack, lunch box, and shoes away, they can go play!

If you want to stay and watch, seating for parents is in the sitting area only. I know we have a dividing wall but there's cameras in place to watch. Siblings may NOT play on mats and must sit with you.

Drop off time is between 8 and 8:30, whatever is convenient for parents. We do have a sign in sheet for parents to check in their child.

Circle time is from 8:30 to 9. Here we discuss theme of the week, read books, sing songs, learn American Sign Language, etc.

Active Play time is from 9 to 9:15. This time is used to get them all warmed up for the day!

Craft/AL/Gymnastics time is when we divide into 3 groups and rotate from 9:15 to 10:15. They rotate between Crafts, Active Learning, and instructed Gymnastics making the most of our unique facility and academic learning.

Snack time is from 10:15 to 10:45. Their snacks need to be brought in a lunchbox.

Active Play time is from 10:45 to 11. Again, we use this transition to get them warmed up and dance their sillies out.

Free time/Dramatic Play time is from 11 to 11:30. This is important for their creative minds and socialization.

Journal time is from 11:30 to 11:45. Each student will get their own notebook. Everyday during this time they will have a task to complete in their notebook and at the end of the year they can take it home!

Circuit time is from 11:45 to their pick up at 12. They can play on the morning gymnastics circuit or if they are tired, can sit down and read a book. Students stay with us until the parent comes inside to sign them out.
